在日式餐廳人氣極高的「吉列炸物」...之海洋系列,?紅蝦 - 蝦身爽口彈牙、鮮味足,??用了小技巧,使蝦的體積來個Double Up。吉列炸蠔 - 肉厚味濃,? 啖啖海洋味。用了復炸方法,?? 炸出來的炸物,更香脆!不油膩!?配上自家製他他醬同吃,大滿足!?(食譜如下,謝謝??)


「日式吉列炸物」- 生蠔拼紅蝦

材料:-
生蠔.....................5隻
刺身級紅蝦..........4隻
粟粉.....................2湯匙
雞蛋.....................1隻
麵包糠.................1杯
鹽.........................少許
黑胡椒粉..............少許

做法:-
1. 生蠔用鹽水清洗乾淨瀝乾,用廚房紙巾吸乾所有水份,雞蛋打發成蛋液備用。
2. 紅蝦去頭去殼去腸,用刀在蝦腳及蝦身位置輕?數刀。
3. 平均地把鹽和黑胡椒粉撒在生蠔和紅蝦表面。
4. 依次序沾上粟粉、雞蛋液、麵包糠,放入冰箱冷凍20分鐘。
5. 最後把紅蝦和生蠔放入熱油煱內炸至七成熟拿出,然後調高油溫,復炸至金黃色便可。
